First off, let me state that I am not an expert when it comes to wine, beer and spirits. Hell, I'd hestitate to call myself knowledgeable. With that disclaimer in mind, the goal of this blog is to share my experiences and the insights I've gained by trying the many drinks that establishments throughout the world have to offer, and applying a rating under a simple system to everything I've tried.
